Returns Policy

 

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please read the following:

Before you send an item for return/exchange, please email us with the reason and so we know to expect it soon.

Cancellations:

All orders placed are final and will not be cancelled after placed. 

Returns:

Items purchased within 14 days can be returned to us. If 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a return. The item returned will need to be in its original packaging with in the same condition it was received in and unworn in order to receive a full refund. 

The following items will not be eligible for returns:

- Earrings, due to hygiene reasons

-  Any items purchased on sale

Any item not in its original condition or damaged, not due to our error, will not be accepted. Any items sent back after 14 days of purchase will be sent back to you.

Refunds:

You will receive a confirmation email informing you we have received your return. Your item will be carefully inspected to check for any faults or issues. If the fault was from our end, then your money will be refunded. If your refund has been rejected, you will be notified. If your refund has been accepted, you will be notified and it will be processed soon after. The return payment should be received on the original card payment method within 3-5 working days.

Exchanges:

Exchanges will be offered up to 14 days and ONLY if an item is faulty, defective or if there is an issue with your order from our end.

Please note:

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for any items being sent back to us, unless the fault is on our side. Your shipping will not be refunded, only the items will be. Please keep evidence for proof of postage, if your item does not reach us, we cannot offer you any refund or exchange so we advise using a trusted shipping service.
