Shipping Information

Once you have placed an order, please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be fulfilled and dispatched. Once your order has been sent off, you will receive an email from us informing you it has been shipped.     

At checkout, you will have options for delivery:

-UK First Class Shipping (£2.50): Approx. 1-2 working days once dispatched.

-Worldwide Shipping (£8.00) : Approx. 7 working days once dispatched.

Please note, delivery times are approximate. Due to the Covid-19 situation, there may be delays in delivery. Please allow estimated delivery time before contacting us. Remember working/business days DO NOT include Saturdays, Sundays, Bank Holidays, or any other public holidays. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Europe is currently experiencing some delays so please allow extra time if you are an EU customer!

In any rare cases where your item is lost or delayed after dispatch, we will not be held responsible and all disputes should be taken up with the shipping company. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for any extra customs fees or charges which you may be charged.
